I believe The China Study will ultimately be recognized as this century's most important book because it exposes one of the most dangerous (and pivotal) myths of modern society. Its importance to the quality of all lives cannot be overemphasized.

Diet for a New America was probably the most important book of the last century; impassioned, resolutionary and scrupulously researched, its message is just as urgent today.
I learned so much from The World Peace Diet. Highly recommended!

The New Now and Zen Epicure

I first met Miyoko at Bread of Life (Campbell, California) in the early nineties. She was sampling her baked goods to a public that mostly had never heard the word 'vegan'.

So this is a treasure trove from a very experienced and talented vegan chef and former restaurateur.

Slogan: Now and Zen... Cook Something Vegan, Be Happy:)
